Well of living water

I had a vision today that God gave me a revelation to for a whole hour. There was a girl in a meadow of rolling hills and sparatic trees that were enormous and their branches reached down to the earth and you can climb on the branches. This girl lived in this beautiful meadow full of Heather and Daisies, and she held it dear to her heart even though she knew that it wasn't fully satisfying her. There was food but not a lot, and every day to just get a sip of water she had to walk miles to an old well that was deep with fresh water.

Everyday during her walk to the well she wondered why there wasn't an easier way to get a drink in such a beautiful lanscape. One day in her frustration, she reached the well once again and a gentle man was there under a tree close by. In shock she blinked since she hadn't seen a single person in years.

The man said, "Hello, is this your well?" She replied, "No, but it is the only place to get fresh water for miles." He said, "Oh well I know you desire a substance that were closer and that wouldn't bring so much frustration and dissappointment in each of your days. There is someone who has made a great sacrifice so that you can drink living water anytime and with that water you will never thirst again. Your heart ache, lonliness, strife, uncertainty, poverty, dissappointment, discontent, and fear will be covered and put under the feet of Jesus. Jesus, your savior who paid the ultimate price so that you may be free from these things and just enjoy His love and grace.

---There are springs of living water that can satisfy our innermost needs. We may be in a place that's OKAY, its comfy, and even beautiful and there's enough to keep you alive and living day to day. But I don't know about you, but I am tired of living day to day with "just enough" I want substance, I want something that will get me through the days I just wanna throw life out the window. When I can't take it anymore. When another family member gets sick, or when another financial bind comes along, or when abandonment or betrayal sneaks in again. I've gotta have something in me that tells me that I am accepted, I am well loved, and my future is in the King's hands not mine (thank God!).

This was my download that I wanted to share with you. I hope it helps you get through your tough day. Just remember God is right there with you saying, "I am well pleased with you and my thoughts are with you."
