Let me fill you in!

Hi y'all

So its been a crazy month. We've been all over the place now. We went to Vermont then came back to Albany and made lunches for 700 kids for a whole week. Then we left and went to this little town of maybe 20,000 people called Gloversville. We didn't know what to expect because it was a home church but it turned out to be a great time of serving and rest. We felt like we were on the real world because the house us girls stayed at was so nice and our host was so easy going and our age so it made it fun!

Then we came back for a night to homebase then left again to Ravenna for a night service where we got to minister and share our hearts. It was really awesome. Then we planned to leave the next day for Charity's church in saracuse but God had another plan. Our van got broken into over night and Camaron's wallet was stolen and Auna's iPod converter. So we had to stay in town an extra night but it turned out good because it gave us one last chance to hang out with the Toronto team that was here for 3 weeks with us.

The Toronto Group is a bunch of people our age but they are from all over the world LITERALLY (Australia, Holland, Netherlands, Canada, France etc) They were really cool and on FIRE for GOD! We had a great time tag teaming with them in ministry during our week of solid revival services. So that night we had to stay we all went lazer taging which of course was fun, and we found a kids club in the back of the building with Hip Hop music and no kids so we dominated the place and all 30 of us danced on the dance floor and it was so fun just to get to dance with Christians and have fun.

So the next day we finally got to leave to Charity's. Now let me describe Charity to you...hmmmm......she is AWESOME!!! She's outgoing, will talk to anyone, yells in tongues all the time, and has a great heart for people just getting set on fire for the Lord. She has a goal to save at least 1 person a week and kill some demons along the way! We had so much fun in her church for a week. We had a service almost everynight which always ended with some good ol' dancing in the Spirit!!

I got to preach there as did most of the team. Then we left reluctantly and came back to Albany where we will be for another week. Sunday we have a WOW Jam which is in a park and about 2,000+ kids come out and its an all day festival/outreach. Its suppose to be a lot of fun. Then Monday we go to New York which I"m totally excited about!!!

So I have a story before I let you go.

The other night...our first night back in Albany, I was in the kitchen all by myself making hot cocoa. When I heard these noises right out side the kitchen door which leads to a really dark alley type drive way. I heard 3-4 guys and they were laughing and making fun of somebody and I heard this other voice who was grunting and telling the guys to stop. I heard like chains and punching and kicking noises. At first I just prayed in tongues for the guy but then it really scared me, so I ran downstairs and told the girls and then it hit me that that is really freaky and I started bawling!! The girls ran to David and told him and the boys and they ran upstairs ready for battle. But we told them not to go out there so we called the cops and prayed HARD!!! It was the freakiest thing and has totally changed my thought patterns. 20 minutes later Auna was in the kitchen alone and she saw this demon right by the kitchen door with chains and he was making grunting and laughing noises. David saw the same thing so we've just been praying over this place and declaring authority through Jesus Christ!! We don't know if it was a real fight or it was just the enemy trying to freak me out.

Welp, that's it. I will let you know how NYC goes!! Love you all. Pray we finish strong as we only have a week and a half left of touring. XOXO

Feeding the kids of New York

On Monday we started handing out lunches to the kids of Albany, Cohoes, and Troy in New York. We make about 700 lunches in the morning and then we pack them in coolers and send them out in 3 different vans with about 4-6 people in each. Each van has about 7 or 8 stops. We greet each kid and give them a milk and a choice between Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches or a meat sandwich (ham or turkey).

We go to parks, churches, the YMCA and neighborhoods to hand out the food. Its fun just getting to see the little chunks and talk to them.

Yesterday my team was in Troy and we went through the neighborhoods and there was a kid who is deaf. His family used to be pastors so they let us pray over this 15 year old boy. He had the best smile and a countenance of love and compassion. Although, he wasn't healed yesterday, we know that that boy WILL hear and WILL be a witness for God soon! Amen

We have made a lot of connections with the children here and will have many more. Tomorrow we are going to the City pool to swim with the kids and play with them before and after the vans come. It'll be a blast.

Each night we've been having Revival services. There is a ministry team from Toronto, Canada here and they are from all over the world (Australia, London, Austria, Holland, France etc). They have been preaching and ministering each night which has been awesome. Their main focus has been on Matters of the Heart and inner healing. Aperture, a christian rock band, has been here as well and have played once. Their fresh sound and fervor is breathtaking. They are playing again tonight and our team is going to be ministering. God is going to do amazing things as we bust through the heavenly doors and allow the Holy Spirit to ROCK our Hearts!!

Chew on this verse as it will be the next topic I write about in a couple days... 2 Timothy 2:10 "I suffer for the sake of the whole body." said Jesus. Is that just the suffering on the Cross or did he suffer in many ways?
